C-Zero's Business Development Manager, Sydney Bartone, attended the World of Coal Ash (WOCA) conference in Grand Rapids, Michigan in mid May 2024. The conference is an international meeting organized by the American Coal Ash Association (ACAA) and the University of Kentucky Center for Applied Energy Research (CAER).
The conference brought together 1,000 attendees and 100 Exhibitors from the solid carbon handling, sequestration and coal combustion residual and product markets. The international symposium focuses on the sustainability of worldwide coal combustion products (CCPs) and innovative technologies in the CCR market.
It was a great opportunity to connect with experts in the industry as C-Zero looks to scale our technology and produce significant quantities of hydrogen as well as solid carbon product for potential beneficial use or sequestration.
